With over forty different plating metals and over thirty different substrate materials, MPI is proud to be a leading provider of metal finishing and plating services. Our production capability of up to 100,000,000 units can accommodate even the largest production runs, and we offer many different plating characteristics, including:
  • Abrasion resistance;
  • EMI/RFI Shielding;
  • Weather proofing;
  • Close tolerances;
  • Impact resistance; and
  • Part resizing.
To achieve our plating and finishing features, we employ an array of processes, including electroplating, immersion, phosphating, physical vapor deposition, and more. We also provide several pre-plating services, such as degreasing, spray washing, and thermal cleaning, as well as post-plating services, such as polishing, deburring, and abrasive blasting. Additional, MPI provides adhesion, coating thickness, corrosion resistance, and visual testing, to guarantee the integrity of our processes.
